Hello, I'm Zach

My work draws from Existential Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) to help people engage deeply with what matters to them, process their emotional experiences, and build lives that reflect their values. I believe therapy is a two-way relationship that is built on compassion, authenticity, and trust. Through our work together I hope to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can process your experiences and take steps towards a more meaningful life.

How can I help?

Life can be full of beauty, but also many hardships and challenges. In my work, I am dedicated to walking alongside individuals as they move towards what is meaningful in life despite pain and suffering.
