Believing in the therapeutic relationship to promote your capacity for healing, Julie utilizes a humanistic approach grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own life. Julie has training in trauma-informed care and experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families in home, school, and community-based settings. Her experience has addressed developmental issues, trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, ADHD, adjustment issues, and family interactional patterns and functioning. She also incorporates play-informed and expressive arts interventions into therapy, along with mindfulness practices. Julie finds it a privilege to be entrusted with your story and wants to take this journey of healing with you.
