I’m a therapist committed to helping individuals navigate through difficult experiences and emotions. My work focuses on prioritizing my client’s goals and empowering them to make changes in their lives by practicing acceptance and self-compassion. I believe that creating a non-judgmental and supportive environment is essential to the therapeutic relationship.
